About Me
& my commitment to yoga practiceWho is Nataliya?
I moved to Colorado from Ukraine.? I call Colorado Springs my home. My introduction to yoga?started with the challenge of focusing on a well balanced life,?self-care, and a mindful lifestyle.? It took a rigorous hatha practice to give me a sense of ownership over my body and emotions that?helped establish a practice. I pursued and received my certification in order to?share the gift of yoga with others.??I am offering a vinyasa class for those at basic and?intermediate levels, hatha-style, and classes for new mothers to ease into the new season of their lives with babies.

values & beliefs
Always learning
I believe that personal practice is the foundation of teaching – walking the talk, so to speak.? In other words, I believe that it is hard to explain something that you have not experienced yourself.? I also strongly believe that there is no ‘point of arrival’ – yoga practice is ever-evolving, as experience is garnered.

No Competition
I believe that there is no place for competition in yoga – for myself as a teacher, for other teachers in this space, and for you as students.? Compassion for others and yourself is the driving force behind this belief – the more we become attuned to ourselves the more freedom we can allow ourselves.???
I choose to be aware of other practices available in our community to be a resource to my students.? I am always happy to share available workshops and teacher’s classes to support your intentions in practice.
